1/2 Deposit of Total

We ask for one half (1/2) of your total deposit to be submitted upfront to retain your spot and our services. Deposits are refundable up to seven days after reservation is made unless the reserved service date is within 30 days. 

Copyright

You own all rights to use and copy provided footage. HeartLuck  retains the rights to use all material for advertising our services, unless otherwise specified. HeartLuck will also keep archives of your material that can be retrieved at a later date.

HeartLuck Archive

We backup and save every single shot we’ve ever captured and we’ll add your footage to our vault storage archive to be retrieved at any point in the future.
*HeartLuck cannot guarantee footage will still exist in case of fire, flood or disaster, however; we have never lost any files in our 15 year history.

Editing Service

$125 / hour

Whether editing a single project to frame-perfect completion or bulk editing for content generation; our editing team is standing by to finalize your video.

Motion Graphics VFX

$175 / hour

Let us design the perfect set of graphics for a presentation, live event, or educational media.

Express Editing

Express Editing (2 weeks): $250

Our typical editing turnaround  is under 30 days. We can push more urgent projects to the front of the queue and work extra hours to make sure it’s 100% frame-perfect.

Production Assistant

$50/Hour

Production assistants allow the directors, videographers and other specialists to focus on the task at hand while contributing to the shoot.

Director

$350/Hour

A director will enable the crew to focus on the shoot and unify the production under a single vision.

Audio Expert & Boom Operator

$100/Hour

An additional audio expert will operate a boom mic to capture audio independent of the camera.

Drone Operator & Drone Package

$250 first hour

Drones create unique aireal shots and capture stunning landscapes for wide angle visuals.

Split Coverage

Any one of the packages can be split into multiple locations or multiple shoots to a minimum of two hours per split.

Second Videographer + Manned Camera

Add a second veteran videographer and manned camera.

*Any additional equipment needed (lights, rigs, etc.) will be billed seperately.

Additional Version or Revision

With small/quick (less than an hour) edits, revisions, or alternate versions we help you get the most out of your content.

We’re happy to offer a USB drive with your footage & project on it or DVDs & Blu-Ray discs if you’d prefer.

With our 4k upgrade you’ll be able to gather even crisper footage for an above-and-beyond look to the final product.

A camera slider will allow the camera to move manually or automatically back and forth across the slider track adding motion to the camera.
